    JSC «CN CIF «PILOT-PORTFOLIO» is recognized by the State committee of securities and stock market as a company that conforms to the requirements as for minimal amount of assets of joint investment institutes.

    This decision was made on February 26, 2008 and published at # 40 (294) of Bulletin of the State committee of securities and stock market of February 28, 2008.

    Thereby now the placement of shares of JSC «CN CIF «PILOT-PORTFOLIO» proceeds under imputed value of a share, which is determined by managerial company on the basis of cost of net assets of Fund at the day previous to the day of receiving of applications for purchase of shares of the Fund, but at the cost not less than principal cost of share – 1 000 UAH (~ 198.02 USD).
