The State Securities and Stock Market Commission has acknowledged that TASK Resource Open-End Diversified Mutual Fund, managed by TASK-Invest, met the requirement for the minimum asset size. TASK-Invest�s press-service reported the news.
TASK Resource Fund was registered with the Unified Registry of Investment Funds on Dec. 13, 2007. The fund has an indefinite period of operation.
TASK Resource is a fund with a conservative investment strategy which implies diversification of assets between low-risk fixed-income instruments and reliable Ukrainian stocks with a growth potential above the market average.

The company manages 14 investment funds five of which offer their shares publicly. The assets under TASK-Invest�s management are worth about 80 million hryvnias.
